We are an addiction neuroimaging (functional magnetic resonance imaging, or fMRI) lab within the Addiction Center in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan.

Our research aims to investigate the neurobiological and behavioral comorbidities of substance use and risk for substance use disorders in adolescents and young adults. We are especially interested in how sex differences in underlying neurobiology contribute to sex differences in substance use and substance use risk. Learn more about our research here.
